The IX Microelectronics Students Forum (SForum 2009) is an event
promoted by the Brazilian Microelectronics Society (SBMicro) and the
Brazilian Computer Society (SBC). The Microelectronics Students Forum
has as goals:
- Promote the participation of undergraduate and
graduate students (master and PhD students) in the two most important
Brazilian events in the area: "SBMicro 2009: Symposium on
Microelectronics Technology and Devices" and "SBCCI 2009: Symposium on
Integrated Circuits and Systems Design";
- Promote the realization of students' projects in a
variety of topics within the field of microelectronics;
- Provide an opportunity for the presentation and
discussion of research projects developed by undergraduate students and
beginner graduate students (master and PhD students) in
microelectronics;
- Promote advanced tutorial presentations on
microelectronics understandable for undergraduate and graduate students
starting or willing to start in this promissing field.
So, we encourage you to submit an article on your
research project, including technical and/or scientific results achieved
on simulation, prototypying, system development, layout features and
related issues. The authors are invited to submit papers
having from 2 to 4 pages, in English, in double-column format as in the template SForum_template.doc
NOTE: _Please, indentify in your submission, if you are
