The IX Microelectronics Students Forum is an event promoted by the
Brazilian Microelectronics Society (SBMicro) and the Brazilian Computer
Society (SBC).
The Microelectronics Students Forum has as goals:
- Promote the participation of undergraduate and graduate students
on the two most importants events on the area, SBMicro 2008 -
Symposium on Microelectronics Technology and Devices and SBCCI
2008 - Symposium on Integrated Circuits and Systems Design.
- Promote the realization of students' projects in a variety of
topics within the field of microelectronics.
- Provide an opportunity for the presentation and discussion of
research projects developed by undergraduate students and beginner
graduate students in microelectronics.
- Promote advanced tutorial presentations on microelectronics with
understandable for undergraduate and graduate students starting or
willing to start in this promissing field.
