Papers should be prepared for blind review. The accepted papers will be presented in poster or oral sessions. The author(s) of the best papers will be invited to submit an expanded version to be considered for publication in the Journal of Integrated Circuits and Systems (JICS). The papers will follow the regular journal review process.
