The authors are invited to submit a 2-4 page manuscript, in double column following the IEEE conference format and be prepared for blind review. The text must focus on the presentation of results and contain essential information with sufficient detail to be understood technically. The inclusion of measured results for key parameters, schematics, and a tabulated comparison with the state-of-the-art are strongly recommended. For papers on integrated circuits submitted to the industrial track, results from silicon implementation, including a die photograph, are mandatory. For academic submissions, results from simulations will also be accepted, provided that the simulations take into account non-idealities that will affect the practical realization of the circuit. Other contributions on design methodology and also proof of concept using discrete electronics are welcome.
