How to reach Sheraton Hotel (Porto Alegre)

You should fly to Porto Alegre International Airport. To reach Porto Alegre the best connections are from Sao Paulo International Airport, but it is also good to do a connection in RIO. There is also a daily flight from Frankfurt to Porto Alegre, by Varig (Brazilian Airlines).

Ordinary bus lines go from Porto Alegre Bus Station to Canela Bus Station several times a day. The ticket costs ~R$ 12,00 (~ US$ 4,00) for Executive lines (buses with air-conditioned). The travel lasts at about 2 hours with a very interesting view of the mountains.
