Please note that at least one author per SBCCI or WCAS paper must be registered at the Early Registration fee of "Author" to allow the paper presentation/publication. Note also that at least one author per SForum paper must be registered at the Early Registration fee of "Author" to allow the paper presentation/publication.

After registration confirmation, send an e-mail to chipinthefields2020@gmail.com with the following information:

- Paper number and conference name covered by the registration. - Registration receipt

Other important information:

- All registration categories include access to all sessions of SBCCI, WCAS and SForum. - One Early Registration as "Author" covers an unlimited number of SBCCI and/or WCAS papers. - One Early Registration as "Author" covers only one SForum paper. - Registration will be done exclusively on-line, through the system. There will be no on site registration.

The deadline for the registration refund request must be within one week before the event and the maximum amount to be reimbursed will be 80%. The remaining 20% should cover the administrative costs of registration. Refund is not possible for authors but only for attendees.

Conference Fees

Early registration - until July 27, 2020

*Each SBCCI and each WCAS paper must be covered by one Publication/presentation fee, to be presented in the Conference. But one Publication/ presentation fee covers an unlimited number of SBCCI an WCAS papers, since the papers share at least one author. For each SForum paper the presenting must register at the early registration fee of R$ 35,00 and is exempt for Publication/presentation fee.
Papers without an author registered before July 28 will be removed from the program.
