Stands/Booths

The hot spots of congresses and exhibitions. Stands with 1 table, 4 chairs, 1 small cupboard with lock. Includes two full registrations to the congress*.

Possibility to contract coffee/tea/cake service, replenished 2x/day at the booth.

Business Desks

Intended for small businesses and institutions willing to exhibit their services, products and interests and discuss ideas with potential clients. It will be located at the general expositon lounge, composed by a small desk with 1+2 chairs and the possibility of a poster. There is a version including a full registration* to the congress and another with a single expo registration.

Podium Time

The mini-podium is a stage, central in the exposition, equipped with a beamer. There will be cultural and marketing attractions.

15-min time slots can be reserved for company advertisement by a presenter.

Live Prototype Demonstration

Institutes and companies interested in demonstrating their working-device prototypes will be matched with equipment companies.

A DEMO space will be designed to allow fully functional demonstrations at the EXPO. Prototypes and equipments will be demonstrated as collaborative setups.

We will soon launch a database to initiate the match-making process (Opens early February 2016) .

Learn-by-doing Tutorials

Companies interested in demonstrating their  software/hardware tools will have the opportunity to access potential clients.

A classroom will be available with PCs, 1 beamer, 1 white board and internet connection.

Morning or afternoon shift for activities with a group of at least 10 attendees simultaneously.
