- All registration categories allow unrestricted access to 29th SBCCI, 31st SBMICRO, 6th WCAS, 1st INSCIT and 16th SFORUM, and EXPO. The registration includes: Access to all session, conference proceedings, certificates, conference bag, coffee breaks and cocktail
- Student fees do NOT include the gala dinner (conference dinner).
- Additional tickets for conference dinner and social events will be sold only at the event reception.
- A limited number of GRANTS will be available to Brazilian students and members of Brazilian research and education institutions. The financial support is provided by Brazilian research agencies.
Grants Instructions
- Faça o registro na conferência selecionando a respectiva categoria GRANT desejada e selecione o método de pagamento via boleto bancário.
- NÃO GERE o Boleto Bancário e NÃO PAGUE no campo “Payment Details”. Deixe o pagamento pendente.
- Envie e-mail para chip@dcc.ufmg.br com os dados de sua inscrição e a instituição na qual trabalha ou estuda. Por favor, enviar no email comprovante da situação de estudante e de sócio das sociedades (SBC, SBMICRO, ECS, IFIP, IEEE or ACM) quando for o caso. Coloque a informação [GRANT] no assunto do e-mail.
- Aguarde a resposta com as instruções de pagamento.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The deadline for the registration refund request must be within one week before the event and the maximum amount to be reimbursed will be 80%. The remaining 20% should cover the administrative costs of registration.
