Poster Instructions

Please be informed of the following guidelines for poster sessions:

• Tuesday Session: Posters should be put up on Tuesday from noon onwards and must be removed by 6:00 PM on Wednesday.

• Thursday Session: Posters should be put up starting at 8:00 AM on Thursday and must be removed by 2:00 PM on Friday.

Presenters are required to be present at their posters only during the designated session time.

The maximum poster size allowed is portrait DIN A0 format (height: 119 cm, width: 84 cm).

The stands will have a hook in which the poster can be hung. The posters can also be attached using double-sided tape (which will not be provided by the organization).
